Specifically, these platforms are designed to facilitate the installation of vital components at the bottom of the trains. In response to the client’s meticulous requirements, they are engineered to achieve a remarkable range of mobility for the equipment chassis. This includes lateral movement, forward – and – backward movement, turning, diagonal movement, S – shaped movement, and even 360 – degree in – place rotation, enabling the platforms to reach any desired position with precision.

In terms of load – bearing capacity, the platform surface is robust enough to carry a weight of 2 tons. Moreover, the platform is equipped with a system that ensures smooth and gradual ascent and descent. Once it reaches a specified height, the platform surface can perform a 360 – degree rotation. Additionally, it can make fine adjustments (up to 10 centimeters) in the front – back and left – right directions. This high level of functionality not only significantly improves the efficiency of the installation process for important train components but also ensures a high degree of accuracy and stability, which are of utmost importance in the high – precision manufacturing environment of EMU trains.
